Refund policy

Returns 

Mare & Nubes allows returns for full-priced items within 14 days of delivery (30 days for international orders). Items returned after these specified periods will not be accepted.

You can choose either an exchange or a refund for FULL-PRICED items (some exclusions apply) within 14 days of delivery. International orders are eligible for a refund only.

SALE ITEMS - NO RETURNS, NO EXCHANGES, OR REFUNDS.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS - personalised items, earrings.

Minor damage to items may result in a charge or a refusal of the refund or exchange if they cannot be resold at full retail price. 

All shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the returns department deems an item faulty. Ensure your return parcel is insured, as lost packages are not refundable.


Damaged Goods

In the unlikely event your items are damaged or not as described, please send an email to us immediately upon opening the parcel to

Please take a single photo of the packaging, the parcel label (Showing the reference number where applicable) and the damaged item, all in the same photo & send through to our email above. We kindly request that you email us immediately upon opening your parcel, and we reserve the right to refuse any claims exceeding 24 hours from delivery time.

Upon receipt of the photo we will aim to re-ship any damaged item, or alternatively provide a full refund for the items affected.

For returns or exchanges, follow these steps:

  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unmarked, and with all tags attached.
