All our orders are dispatched from Brisbane via Australia Post in a tracked Parcel Post.

Please be aware that public holidays are not considered shipping days, and there might be a delay of up to 1-2 days during our peak sale periods. If your order is urgent, kindly opt for express postage and notify us via email.

We ship across Australia & International using Australia Post. Dispatch of items will occur within 1-3 business days upon order confirmation. Once your order is packed & submitted with the Australia Post, you will receive a tracking number sent to your email address. 

Australia-wide complimentary standard shipping is available and can be selected at checkout after entering your address details. It's important to note that if express shipping is preferred, additional charges will be applied.

If you require your order to reach you on a specific date, we suggest opting for an express service. Please note that we cannot be held accountable for any delays in delivery caused by Australia Post.
